Having issues completing the online portion of your certification class through the American Red Cross?
If you are having issues accessing the class via the link in your email.
1) Make sure you're using a computer/tablet
2) Switch your browser to Google Chrome

If your issues persist, you must reach out to the American Red Cross to troubleshoot.

If you have not recieved an email from the American Red Cross but you have recieved a class information email from us, please try the following:
1. Go to www.redcrosslearningcenter.org
2. Hit "Login" and select "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your email
Doing this will force the ARC to send a password reset email to you. From there, you can set a password, log in, and complete the online course.

Please be aware that ARC has a standard maintenance window of 4-6AM Eastern Time on Saturdays. If you are having difficulty accessing the site during that time period, please wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
